Convenient Access for You!

Did you know that Scottsdale Public Library offers two types of self-service access to library resources outside of normal business hours and locations? Pony Express @ Appaloosa is an abbreviated library self-service that allows registered patrons entry inside Appaloosa Library before regular building hours. Pony Express @ Granite Reef is an express library service where patrons can pick up their library holds in lockers at Granite Reef Senior Center 24/7.

Why Does Your Story Matter?

Throughout history, storytelling has been our conduit for learning and communication. It’s a powerful tool and one that shapes our personal, professional and cultural narratives. For women, whose stories have often been marginalized or erased, defining our own narratives becomes an act of empowerment. In collaboration with Scottsdale's Human Relations Commission, this program will be presented by Gloria Feldt, acclaimed speaker and expert on women's empowerment.
