Join us as we bend and stretch, read and relax with some Yoga moves to help us get ready for bed. We will work on breathing techniques and explore books and movement together. Come in comfy clothes, or your PJs!

***Space is limited, so please see a staff person prior to the start of the program to receive a ticket, which will be your child’s registration.
